EASTPHARMA’S DELISTING OF ITS GDRS
As earlier reported at: https://www.eastpharma.com, the Company is proposing to delist its global depositary receipts (“GDRs”) that are currently listed on the London Stock Exchange . The delisting is expected to take effect at 8.00 a.m. (London time) on 1 August 2019.
Holders of the Company’s Regulation S and Rule 144A GDRs continue to have the rights attached to such GDRs in accordance with the terms and conditions of the deposit agreement
