APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR
Further to the Company’s announcement of 28 August, 2020 the Board of the Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Raymond Apsey as a non-executive director of the Company effective 3 September, 2020, following receipt of the consent of the Jersey Financial Services Commission.
Pursuant to Listing Rule LR 9.6.13, the Company also announces that Mr Apsey previously served as a non-executive director of Japan Residential Investment Company Limited, whose shares were traded on the London Stock Exchange’s Alternative Investment Market, until December, 2015.
