Gulf Resources Files Form 12b-25 Notification of Late filing


SHOUGUANG, China, Nov. 15, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Gulf Resources, Inc. (Nasdaq:GURE) ("Gulf Resources" or the "Company"), a leading manufacturer of bromine, crude salt and specialty chemical products in China, today announced that the Company has filed a Form 12b-25 Notification of Late Filing because it is unable to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended September 30, 2023 (the "Form 10-Q") by November 14, 2023, the original due date for such filing..

The Company expects to file the Form 10-Q within the five-calendar day extension provided by Rule 12b-25.

The Company will host a conference call about its quarterly earnings at 7:30 P.M. EST (4:30 P.M. PST) on November 20, 2023. For callers in Asia, the call will be at 8:30 A.M. Beijing time on November 21, 2023.
