lastminute.com Announces Change on Price Range


London, March 10, 2000 (PRIMEZONE) -- lastminute.com plc, a UK based company, today announced that the price range for its ADSs (and ordinary shares) had increased from a range of $15.16 to $18.75 per ADS (or 190p to 230p per ordinary share), to a new range of $25.37 to $30.12 per ADS (or 320p to 380p per ordinary share). Each ADS represents five ordinary shares.

On March 1, 2000 lastminute.com announced that it filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission regarding the proposed initial public offering of 33 million of its ordinary shares.

A registration statement relating to these securities has been filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission, but has not yet become effective.
