Amer Group Plc commenced a buy back of its own shares on 10 November 2000. By 30 November 2000, the total number of shares acquired by the Company amounted to 204,315, the average price being EUR 30.4074 per share.
The Company will continue to purchase its own shares on the basis of the authorisation given by the Annual General Meeting on 9 March 2000.
