COPENHAGEN, Denmark, Dec. 14, 2000 (PRIMEZONE) -- TDC is the new name of the Group. The individual companies in the Group also change names: Communication Solutions becomes Tele Danmark. The other companies will be named: TDC Mobile International, TDC Internet, TDC Cable TV, TDC Directories and TDC Services.
The name change for Tele Danmark A/S must be approved by the shareholders at the coming general meeting. Until this approval Communication Solutions will have Tele Danmark Communications A/S as its registered company name.
