You are hereby notified that a Class Action has been filed in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California on behalf of purchasers of Critical Path, Inc. (Nasdaq:CPTH) ("Critical Path" or the "Company") common stock during the period November 2, 2000 through February 2, 2001 (the "Class Period").
