Mr J.A.G. (Jan) Heijmans (1946), as has been already announced, resigned at the annual general meeting as member of the executive board. Jan Heijmans, the youngest son of the founder of Heijmans N.V., has been a member of the executive board for more than ten years and worked for the company in various positions for the last 35 years.
Following on the General Meeting of Shareholders, the supervisory board has appointed
Mr J. Kremers and Mr J.V.H. Pennings as members of the supervisory board. Both of these gentlemen were formerly members of the supervisory board of Koninklijke IBC.
