Signature Eyewear Announces Extension of Bank Forbearance Agreement


INGLEWOOD, Calif., Aug. 30, 2001 (PRIMEZONE) -- Signature Eyewear (OTCBB:SEYE) today announced that it received an extension of its bank forbearance agreement from August 31, 2001 to October 31, 2001. The extension gives the company additional time to refinance the existing credit facility.
