Changes in Frontec's Management

STOCKHOLM, Sweden, Feb. 1, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- Frontec's restructuring process is continuing through the merger of the operations of the parent company, Frontec AB, and Frontec eBusiness. In connection with the change, Frontec CEO Per Tjernberg is assuming the role of Chief Operating Officer.

"This is a natural and previously planned step in the Group's restructuring process and focus on its core business," says Per Tjernberg. "BlueLabs is an independent concern awaiting its own destiny and through Venture Zone we have largely completed our planned divestments. We are now continuing our efforts to improve efficiency at eBusiness and focusing our range of services on integration - an area where Frontec is a leader and has over fifteen years of experience."

Following recent divestments, Venture Zone comprises only NetSolution and Multidesign, which together have around 40 employees.

Bjorn Sandberg, CFO and Vice President, is leaving the Group to pursue other endeavors.
