Stork Infratechniek is a contracting company with specific know-how in the field of tunnel installations, ANWB signposting, dynamic signposting, construction and maintenance of mobile telephone sites (including UMTS), PV (Photovoltage), public lighting, middle and high-tension installations and airfield installations. The company focuses on the areas of outdoor lighting and traffic management.
In addition to the headquarters in Son, Stork Infratechniek has offices in Eindhoven, Leeuwarden, Groningen, Doetinchem, Amsterdam (and Schiphol), Alphen a/d Rijn and Rotterdam. With approximately 355 staff, Stork Infratechniek realises annual turnover of approximately EUR 50 million. For now, the company will remain active on the market under the name Heijmans Stork Infratechniek.
The intended acquisition enhances the market position of the Heijmans Infrastructure and Environment division through the expansion of the activities to adjacent market sectors and improving the geographic spread of the activities to the northeast and central Netherlands.
