Destiny Media Technologies, Inc. Announces Pirate Radio Distribution Agreements


VANCOUVER, British Columbia, March 21, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Destiny Media Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB:DSNY) (Berlin:DME 935 410) is pleased to announce several distribution agreements for the Pirate Radio Internet broadcast suite.

Since the Pirate Radio Network was launched last quarter, four hundred broadcasters have been added, representing twenty two countries. One hundred forty sites have signed up to become affiliates and the traffic to the Pirate Radio Network is growing on a daily basis. There are currently 575,000 registered users of the Destiny Media Player(tm).

Global Digital Markets (http://www.gdmarkets.com) has agreed to carry Pirate Radio for digital distribution. This relationship establishes Pirate Radio in the Ingram Micro digital catalogue and on mainstream websites such as Amazon.com (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/B00008OTLQ/).

Co-marketing agreements have been signed with both the Internet Underground Music Archive (http://www.iuma.com/ArtistsOnly/) and Metarewards (http://www.metarewards.com) to drive conversions to the Pirate Radio website.
