South Carolina Headquarters Introduces STAT Chat(sm) to Connect Providers to Customer Service

Using CrystalVoice's award-winning solution, BCBSSC is the first insurer in the industry to offer a Voice over Internet (VoI) customer service solution.

Until now, enterprises interested in deploying VoI solutions have been limited by previous generation technology that provided unpredictable and relatively poor voice quality.
