InRob Signs Development and Manufacturing Agreement with Chromagen, Leading Solar Energy Company

LAS VEGAS, May 16, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- InRob Tech Ltd. ("InRob") (OTCBB:IRBL), a leader in the development and production of advanced wireless control systems and integrated solutions for unmanned ground vehicles (UGVs), today announced that it signed an agreement last Thursday with Chromagen, Israel's leading solar heating manufacturer, for the development and manufacture of Chromagen's new remote-controlled solar heating units.

Since its foundation in Israel in 1962, Chromagen has produced a wide range of solar hot water systems. In more than 35 countries worldwide, Chromagen collectors and storage tanks comply with a broad range of international standards.

InRob will immediately begin development and manufacture of the new dedicated remote control system for solar heating company, Chromagen. The new control and display system enhances convenience of use, and helps users conserve energy in solar heating used in industrial and domestic settings.

The solar energy market is characterized by extremely strong dynamic growth at world level and market volume is expected to reach EUR 25 billion by the year 2010. In the U.S., more than one third of all venture capital investments in the U.S. energy market are directed to solar energy ventures.

"Entering this new venture highlights InRob's flexible and rapid-response development capabilities. We are happy to be working on an energy-saving system that is both environmentally friendly and will have a practical impact on how people and companies conserve and consume energy," notes InRob Tech's CEO, Ben Tsur Joseph. "We believe that InRob's remote control systems will make technology more accessible to users, enhance consumers' control over a broad range of technologies, and make life easier."
