HumWare Media Corp. Fantasy Online Sports' Loser Challenge Beats Out Elite Names to Receive Top Industry Award


GOLDEN, Colo., Sept. 13, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- HumWare Media Corporation (Pink Sheets:HMWM) is pleased to announce that it has been awarded the Fantasy Sports Trade Association's (FSTA) 2006 Top Industry Award for the Top Unique Contest. The HumWare Fantasy Online Sports Division's Loser Challenge received the prestigious award among several well-known finalists.

Other finalists for the Top Unique Contest category included NBX, NFL Loser Challenge, ESPN -- Mortensen Challenge, and Major League Lacrosse Challenge. The award was presented to HumWare Media on August 30th, 2006 at the FSTA's Award Banquet in Las Vegas, Nevada.

HumWare's Fantasy Online Sports division has created, and operated various online fantasy contests over the last ten years. In that time, more than 250,000 people have participated. With games in Football, Baseball, Basketball, Auto Racing, Hockey, Golf, and unique single-event contests, the Company has been able to capitalize on the fantasy sports market.
