(OTCBB:FNGC) has sold a 50% working interest in its Wyandotte Prospect, which covers over 4,000 acres in St. Mary Parish, Louisiana, to Petrogulf Corporation. Under the terms of the deal, Petrogulf has also been named as the operator and expects to begin drilling operations in the near future.
