SoftNet Technology Prepares for Expansion to the UK

Two Corporate Officers Travel to London to Begin Setup of Operations

CRANFORD, N.J., Sept. 20, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- SoftNet Technology Corp. (OTCBB:STTC) (German WKN#A0B7RZ) is pleased to announce that expansion of operations to the UK has been set in motion. Kevin Holt led a trip to London to strategize with several companies on the best way to partner/joint venture or possibly acquire/merge to expand SoftNet's service offerings to the UK.

Several options were discussed, including partnering with one or more London based companies in a business sharing arrangement. Not only would SoftNet benefit from these companies helping to manage operations in the UK, but also it would allow for these companies to expand their operations to North America. Once expansion commences in the UK, further expansion to Western Europe would be explored with Germany being the most likely next step.

The first project for SoftNet IT consultants is expected before the end of November of this year but could be as early as the next few weeks. This would further allow STTC to expand internationally with several current business relationships already developed in the U.S.A. and Canada. This expansion would further solidify and strengthen the relationships with SoftNet's current clients. They would be able to rely on SoftNet in several regions around the world. Kevin Holt and Team had developed these relationships with past businesses allowing for a quicker entry into this market than would be anticipated.

"I am extremely pleased SoftNet is turning into a multinational organization," said Mr. Kevin Holt, President of SoftNet Technology. "One where our current and future clients do not have to turn to anyone else for any of their IT needs. This will also make SoftNet a more desirable solution to other multinational organizations."
