COMPTEL CENTRALIZES ITS FINNISH OPERATIONS TO A NEW REAL ESTATE IN HELSINKI

Comptel Corporation has concluded a lease agreement on office facilities with AC
Salmisaari Oy. The new premises are being built in Ruoholahti district of
Helsinki. Currently Comptel is located in three separate Helsinki offices and
will move to Ruoholahti once the new real estate is completed in summer 2007. The
combined office premises are expected to significantly improve operational
efficiency.

The comprehensive lease has been signed for ten years of time. The agreement
which includes an option for an expansion and for a partial termination of the
office space increases the rental commitments of Comptel Group by a total of
approximately EUR 13.5 million. The rental commitments of Comptel Group were EUR
11.5 million on December 31, 2006. Comptel's annual rental payments will remain
the same or slightly decrease in the coming years.
