"We are extremely excited about the acquisition of YESSnet and Premier," said John Capezzuto, Warning's CEO. "The integration of YESSnet and Premier Staffing under the WARNING umbrella will provide the unique opportunity to leverage our entertainment and marketing relationships and diversify our revenue streams." Capezzuto continued, "Warning looks forward to working with Ms. Cook to significantly expand YESSnet's growing business. Maria is the inspiration behind Premier and YESSnet, and her extensive track record in the commercial modeling and staffing business is a perfect compliment to Warning's existing management team. Capezzuto added, "Warning continues to expand its business and justify its business model of providing, visual marketing services and management infrastructure controls to grow our business with the experts that founded them."

Maria Cook, president of YESSnet, said, "I am pleased that YESSnet is now part of team Warning. This alliance will allow YESSnet to expand into other related markets. As for event staffing, the trend is growing. Overall, marketers are upping the ante when outlining job specs for their event staff. Marketers have gotten smarter about hiring event brand ambassadors who look professional and can deliver the brand message. They're close to the action, which means that what they see and hear is valuable. Brand ambassadors once used as mere "feet on the street" are becoming much more important in a number of ways. Marketers rely on the reps they hire, through staffing agencies such as YESSnet to qualify prospects, rate customer interactions and track leads. Technology is also giving our brand ambassadors additional tools. Our reps are now capable of roaming events with tablet PCs, web-enabled PDAs, and camcorders, allowing them to do more than communicate a message. They can now beam data, customers' names, and demographic info, even photos and survey responses back to our clients in real time. Entrusting brand ambassadors with reporting responsibility makes them want to do more." Ms. Cook continued, "Brand ambassadors finally are being embraced as a key link between brand and customer."
