The session will take place Tuesday, May 22, 2007 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. PDT in the Mandalay Bay Convention Center Ballroom J.

Service providers worldwide are migrating their existing networks to deliver Carrier Ethernet services to enterprises, businesses and residential end-users. Ahmed Abdelhalim, director of high-end and service provider systems for Foundry Networks, will discuss what these services are and how they benefit business customers. Services discussed include Ethernet Virtual Connections, Circuit Emulation Services and Switched Digital Video.

Informal networking with the presenters will follow this Metro Ethernet Forum hosted event.
