Voting Rights and Share Capital at Max Bank A/S

In accordance with  § 17, sect. 2 of Executive Order no. 226 of 15th March 2007
on The Issuers Obligations of Disclosure, it is hereby announced that at the
total number of voting rights at Max Bank A/S comprises 2,070,000, and that the
share capital at Max Bank A/S amounts to 41,400,000 DKK.
