Tele2 completes the divestment of Tele2 Portugal following clearance from the Competition Authority

Stockholm - Tele2 AB, ("Tele2"), (Stockholm Stock Exchange: TEL2 A
and TEL2 B), Europe's leading alternative telecom operator, today
announced that it has completed the divestment of Tele2 Portugal to
Sonaecom for MEUR 16 in cash, following approval from the Portuguese
Competition Authority.
