has informed us according to article 21, section 1 WpHG that via shares its
voting rights in telegate AG, München-Martinsried, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE0005118806, WKN: 511880, exceeded 3 % on December 13th, 2007. On December
13th, 2007 Capital Group International Inc.'s voting rights amounts to
3.01% (this corresponds to 638,259 ordinary shares).
3.01% of all voting rights in telegate AG were attributed to Capital Group
International Inc. (voting rights arising from 638,259 ordinary shares)
pursuant to Article 22 section 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2
and 3 WpHG.
