Notice of shareholding pursuant to section 29 of the Securities Trading Act

With reference to section 29 of the Securities Trading Act and Executive Order
274/2007 on Major Shareholders it should hereby be announced that Landic
Property A/S (former Keops A/S) has sold its shares in Capinordic A/S, ISIN
DK0010212570. 

Landic Property A/S has as such on December 28 2007 sold 14,794,018 shares each
with a nominal value of 0.50 DKK. Hereafter Landic Property A/S does not own
shares or voting rights in Capinordic A/S. 

The placement of shares has, as previously, been arranged by Capinordic Bank
A/S.
