 Brian L. Vance, President and Chief Executive Officer Heritage
 Financial Corporation (Nasdaq:HFWA), will preside over the opening
 bell to commemorate the ten year anniversary of their listing on the
 NASDAQ stock exchange.  Accompanying Mr. Vance will be Don Hinson,
