Ed O'Callaghan and April Langus Join KM&A and Agency Launches Creative New Website

GREENWICH, Conn., Jan. 18, 2008 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Karen Morstad and Associates (KM&A), an advertising and marketing firm, has announced that Ed O'Callaghan has joined the firm as creative director and April Langus has been named account manager. Additionally, the firm has launched a creative new website to showcase its innovative services and areas of expertise.

In his position as creative director, Mr. O'Callaghan is responsible for translating strategic marketing objectives into compelling visual campaigns for clients. Prior to a successful independent design and advertising venture called "ED LAND," he was the co-founder and creative director of DCF Advertising, a highly creative full-service agency located in Tribeca, New York. Mr. O'Callaghan was heralded in ADWEEK Magazine for the breakthrough Manhattan Mini Storage "I Store" campaign and was featured in the New York Times for his smoking cessation work for the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. A member of the Art Directors Club, Mr. O'Callaghan earned a bachelor of arts degree in communications from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and also attended the Parsons School of Design, New York.

Ms. Langus brings more than nine years of experience in advertising to KM&A where she will be responsible for maintaining excellent client relationships and the day-to-day account management and development of various marketing projects. Most recently, she was marketing services manager at Media Marketing Associates in Chappaqua, NY, a magazine publishing network, where she executed media plans for clients including Microsoft, VISA, American Express and Hewlett-Packard. She graduated with a bachelor of science degree in communications from Ithaca College, New York.
