Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On January 18, 2008 , Mr Burghardt Wittig, Deutschland has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on MOLOGEN AG, Berlin, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0006637200, WKN: 663720,
have fallen below the 5% and 3% limit of the Voting Rights on January 16,
2008  and now amount to 2.95% (this corresponds to 275000 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 2 of the WpHG, 2.31% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 215000 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Wittig  from BUCHRI Verwaltungs GmbH.
