On-Demand PPM Vendor Innotas Names Matthew Stauble Vice President, Services

Stauble Brings Extensive Service Experience in SaaS and PPM Markets From HP, Mercury, Kintana

SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwire - March 4, 2008) - Continuing its commitment to leading the industry in delivering exceptional customer service, on-demand Project Portfolio Management (PPM) vendor Innotas (www.innotas.com) has named Matthew Stauble, formerly of Hewlett Packard (NYSE: HPQ), to the position of vice president of services, replacing Tim Madewell who has been named vice president of operations.

Madewell, who architected and built a highly successful services team at Innotas, will support key corporate, product, and customer initiatives with an eye toward scaling the company's capabilities to meet its rapid growth.

Stauble, who brings more than 10 years experience delivering enterprise software service and support in the areas of Project Portfolio Management, Business Service Management, Quality Management and CRM, will be responsible for account management, delivery services, support, and education at Innotas.

Prior to joining Innotas, Stauble worked for Hewlett Packard where he oversaw delivery of HP's Software as a Service (SaaS) capabilities for customers in the Americas.

Previously, Stauble spent three years in Customer Support at Mercury (acquired by HP) where he held progressive positions including overall responsibility for Mercury Customer Support in the Americas, Asia Pacific and Japan. Stauble held direct responsibility for support delivery for Mercury's Project Portfolio Management Center, during which time the business more than doubled. Prior to Mercury, Stauble spent four years at Kintana where he launched the company's Customer Support Organization.

Stauble graduated Cum Laude with a B.A. in Clinical Psychology from San Jose State University.
