On March 04, 2008 , UBS AG Zürich, Schweiz has informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on
Altana AG, Wesel, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0007600801, WKN: 760080, have fallen
below the 5% and 3% limit of the Voting Rights on February 27, 2008  and
now amount to 1.66% (this corresponds to 2328291 Voting Rights).
