WORCESTER, Mass., March 6, 2008 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Generex Biotechnology Corporation (Nasdaq:GNBT), the leader in drug delivery for metabolic diseases through the inner lining of the mouth, announced today that it will be making three poster presentations at the 2nd Annual International Conference on Hypertension, Lipids, Diabetes & Stroke Prevention in Prague, Czech Republic, March 6 - 8, 2008 (www.kenes.com/strokeprevention).

The first abstract features the Company's proprietary metformin chewing gum product:
