U.S. RE Corporate Headquarters Moves to Pearl River, New York

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - March 10, 2008) - U.S. RE Companies, Inc., the international financial services and reinsurance brokerage firm, moved its world headquarters from mid-town Manhattan to the Blue Hill Plaza corporate office complex in Pearl River, New York, as of March 1, Tal P. Piccione, Chairman & CEO, announced.

"Blue Hill Plaza will provide U.S. RE with state-of-the-art office space, ample room for growth, and full-service support facilities. It will house our executive offices, plus operational and support services including information technology and actuarial. The new location will allow us the flexibility to respond to emerging growth opportunities where new, multiple locations can be established and effectively supported, whether in the New York metropolitan area or other parts of the country. It also provides for greater connectivity to back up overseas offices as we open new markets," Piccione reported.

U.S. RE will mark its 20th anniversary in the new location. "Our mid-town Manhattan home office served the Company well, but with today's technology and instant communication between our headquarters and offices in the States and overseas, we can serve our worldwide clients efficiently from Pearl River," Piccione explained.

Blue Hill Plaza offers amenities including dining, catering, and plenty of parking for employees and visitors. The complex is close to the Pearl River Hilton and Park Ridge Marriott. Westchester Airport in White Plains and Stewart Airport in Newburgh, along with La Guardia and JFK, provide convenient air service. The George Washington Bridge is minutes away and enables easy access from New York City. The Tappanzee Bridge, which is also very close, offers a convenient route from other parts of the metropolitan area.
