Smartstox.com Spotlights Sheffield Resources, International Montoro, and Kootenay Gold

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, March 11, 2008 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- The Smartstox Online TV Talk Show is alerting subscribers and other resource stock investors to the recent developments announced by these Smartstox-profiled companies.

Sheffield Resources Ltd. (TSX-V:SLD) (Frankfurt:S2Q) has just reported additional assay results from their diamond drilling, reverse circulation drilling and trench sampling programs at the company's Moonlight Copper Project claims in the historic mining district of Plumas County in northern California. The results include 71 m of 1.4% copper and are consistent with those reported by the company throughout their current drill program, designed to define high-grade copper mineralization that would be mined in the initial starter pit of a copper leach mine. Dave Jenkins, president of Sheffield, tells us more about the history of the project and its future potential in our Smartstox interview available at http://www.smartstox.com/interviews/sld.

International Montoro Resources Inc. (TSX-V:IMT) (Pink Sheets:IMTFF)(Frankfurt:O4T) has just announced that they'll soon be starting their first phase, thirty hole drilling program on their Crackingstone Uranium Project located just west of Uranium City, Saskatchewan. The program is to test the uranium potential of the Boom Lake Fault. There are 6 known uranium occurrences located along and proximal to the fault, all of which will be tested by the proposed drilling. Channel samples collected last summer graded up to 1.24% U3O8! Company president Gary Musil talks to us about International Montoro's uranium properties in our Smartstox interview available at http://www.smartstox.com/interviews/imt.

Kootenay Gold Inc. (TSX-V:KTN) has just raised over $8 million to use towards development of their many properties in the Sierra Madre Region of Mexico and in British Columbia, Canada. Their top priority is the ongoing development of its Promontorio Silver Project, which encompasses the former producing Promontorio Silver Mine. Drilling earlier this winter encountered significant intervals of high-grade silver-gold polymetallic breccias in a porphyry breccia setting, indicating the Promontorio may contain a deposit of larger scale and scope than was previously conceived. CEO (and chief explorationist) Jim McDonald tells us more about the project in our interview available at http://www.smartstox.com/interviews/ktn.
