ADDITION TO THE PROPOSAL OF THE NOMINATION COMMITTEE TO ELCOTEQ'S ANNUAL
GENERAL MEETING ON MARCH 25, 2008 
 
The Nomination Committee of Elcoteq SE's Board of Directors has decided to
complement its proposal of Board members from February 6, 2008. The Committee
proposes that in addition to the re-election of the current Board members, Mr.
François Pauly (born 1964), MBA be elected to the Elcoteq's Board of Directors.
Mr. Pauly has long experience on international financial markets and is
currently the General Manager of Sal. Oppenheim Jr. & Cie S.C.A, a leading
European private bank based in Luxembourg. 

The Nomination Committee of Elcoteq's Board of Directors base their proposal on
the following grounds: 
The new member of the Board brings new perspectives and more international
experience to the Board's work. Mr. Pauly´s broad experience of banking and
international business will be a valuable asset to the Board. 

Mr. Pauly has given his consent to his election.
