New acquisition strengthens Nederman's market presence within the vehicle
workshop segment

Nederman have acquired the automotive part of Assalub, a company that amongst
other things manufactures and markets equipment for the effective handling of
lubricants. 

Through the acquisition, Nederman strengthens its market presence within vehicle
workshops, which are one of the company's core segments.

Nederman takes over Assalub´s  Swedish and Danish sales- and after marketing
organization within the effective handling of lubricants and service fluids
segment for vehicle workshops.

The turnover in Nederman is calculated to increase with SEK 25 million per year.
The acquisition will have a marginally positive effect on Nederman's earnings in
2008
