to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
Beate Uhse AG, Flensburg, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0007551400, WKN: 755140,
have exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on March 14, 2008  and now
amount to 3.52% (this corresponds to 2500000 Voting Rights).
