Pöyry PLC has been informed on 21 April 2008 that as a result of a
transaction concluded on 18 March 2008 the shareholding of Allianz SE
has decreased to below 1/20 of the share capital and voting rights in
Pöyry PLC.
 
The shareholding of Allianz SE, Königinstr. 28, 80802 Munich,
Germany, Certificate of Incorporation No. HRB 7158 is as of 18 April
2008 3.878 per cent of the share capital entitling to 3.897 per cent
of the voting rights of Pöyry PLC.
 
The registered share capital of Pöyry PLC comprises a total of
58 652 614 shares entitling to a total of 58 362 614 votes.
