Limarko laivininkystės kompanija AB submitted prospectus to Lithuanian
Securities Commission to register the new issue of 10,945,066 shares. The
notice to the shareholders to obtain shares of the new issue under the right of
pre-emption shall be announced in the daily „Lietuvos rytas“ and submitted to
the registrar of legal persons within 5 (five) business days after the
Securities Commission of the Republic of Lithuania approves the prospectus of
the share issue.
