RE: Transfer of shares owned by the state by the right of

The Government of the Republic of Lithuania ordained by its Resolution No 364
of 24 April 2008 that 664 700 833 ordinary registered shares of Lietuvos
Energija AB with a nominal value of 1 Litas each, which are owned by the state
by the right of title, will be transferred as a contribution of the state
represented by the Ministry of the Economy in increasing the authorized capital
of Leo LT AB. This will come into effect after the incorporation of LEO LT AB
and on payment for the shares.
