WpHG (German Securities Trading Act) that on May 26, 2008, their voting
rights on SKW Stahl-Metallurgie Holding AG (ISIN DE000SKWM013),
Unterneukirchen (Germany), exceeded the 5% threshold (due to a purchase of
shares with voting rights) and amounted to 6.04% (267232 voting rights)
effective that day.

Thereof, 3.12% (138028 voting rights) are to be attributed to UBS AG
pursuant to art. 22 section 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG (German Securities
Trading Act).
