Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On May 29, 2008 , UBS AG, Zürich, Schweiz has informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on
HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft, Essen, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0006070006, WKN:
607000, have exceeded the 3% and 5% limit of the Voting Rights on May 26,
2008  and now amount to 5.04% (this corresponds to 3529386 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 0.19% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 136089 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
