The reconciliation in the claim among MAS “Kaija”, AS “Latvijas Krājbanka”, SIA "JS īpašumi", SIA "IP Vecmīlgrāvis" and SIA "MB Invest" was affirmed

Riga district court has affirmed the reconciliation and finished the
proceedings in the claim among MAS "Kaija", SIA "JS Īpašumi", SIA "IP
Vecmīlgrāvis", SIA "MB Invest" and AS "Latvijas Krājbanka” for the real estate
alienation transactions in the amount of 1.78 million lats. 

The administrator of MAS "Kaija" asked the court to admit null and void those
transactions, in which the real estate owned by MAS "Kaija" and situated in
Riga, Atlantijas Street were alienated, and to restore MAS "Kaija" proprietary
right to those real estate. Thereto, the administrator asked the court to admit
null and void the mortgage contracts, concluded between MAS "Kaija" and AS
"Latvijas Krājbanka". 

The concluded reconciliation foresees that SIA "MB Invest" will pay MAS "Kaija"
71000 lats. 

The judgement of the court about the affirmed reconciliation can be appealed
within ten days.
