Arizona Supreme Court Denies Petition for Review in Product Liability Case Against TASER International

(Nasdaq:TASR), a market leader in advanced electronic control devices, announced that the Arizona Supreme Court has denied the petition for review filed by Samuel Powers in a product liability lawsuit against TASER International.

The Supreme Court's action lets stand a Court of Appeals decision to uphold a Maricopa County Superior Court jury's verdict in favor of TASER International in a product liability lawsuit brought forth by the former Maricopa County Sheriff's deputy.
