Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On June 06, 2008 , UBS AG, Bahnhofstr. 45 , 8098 Zürich, Schweiz has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on Leoni AG, Nürnberg, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005408884,
WKN: 540888, have fallen below the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on June
02, 2008  and now amount to 1.65% (this corresponds to 490,545 of 29,700,00
Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 0.26% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 76,358 of 29,700,00 Voting Rights)
is to be attributed to the company  from UBS AG .
