Geveko acquires roadmarking operation in Norway



The Geveko subsidiary Cleanosol AS has signed an agreement with the
Norwegian stateowned company Mesta AS concerning acquisition of their
road marking operation. Agreed day of taking possession is July 1,
2008. The acquisition requires approval of the Norwegian Competition
Authority.

Mesta AS is the largest civil engineering company in Norway with
2 900 employees and a turnover in 2007 of approx. SKr 7 000 million.

The road marking business within Mesta, is a contracting operation
with a turnover of approx. SKr 75 million in 2007.

The road marking operation will be integrated in the Geveko
subsidiary Cleanosol AS in Norway. Cleanosol AS is supplier of road
marking contract services and manufactures road marking material. The
turnover of Geveko in Norway amounted in 2007 to approx. SKr 130
million."With the acquisiton of the Mesta road marking operation we will
strengthen our position on the domestic markets, which is of great
