informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on I-D Media AG, Berlin, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0006228604,
WKN: 622860, have fallen below the 5% limit of the Voting Rights on June
13, 2008  and now amount to 4.73% (this corresponds to 427690 Voting
Rights).
