KEITH SILVERANG NAMED NEW CEO OF TECHNOPOLIS

Technopolis has appointed the current Vice-President of its Capital Area
operations, MBA Keith Silverang, as the company's new CEO. The 47 year-old
Silverang will take over from September 15, 2008. As of this same date
Technopolis' current CEO, Mr. Pertti Huuskonen, who has led the company since
1985, will take over as full-time Chairman of the company's board, in keeping
with the shareholders' decision at the Annual General Meeting.

Pertti Huuskonen stresses that Keith Silverang's background and experience will
provide an excellent platform for the job, with the company on the verge of
significant international expansion.

“Keith knows Technopolis' unique service concept inside and out, and that was a
critical factor in his selection”, says Huuskonen.

Silverang points to the growth of Technopolis on its domestic markets and
international expansion as his most important task. After a quarter century of
development, the company's unique service concept is now ready to be replicated
for international markets.

“The internationalization of Technopolis will also generate substantial
benefits for our Finnish customers and other domestic stakeholders. For
instance, customers will be able to use Technopolis' international network to
rapidly set up operations in multiple locations abroad or gain new clients,
partners or financers”, says Silverang.

Silverang, who is a citizen of both the United States and Finland, took his
undergraduate degree at Boston University and did his MBA at the Helsinki
School of Economics. He joined Technopolis in 2004, as the CEO of the Group's
business development and incubation subsidiary, Technopolis Ventures Oy. In
2006 Silverang took over the company's Capital Area operations.

Prior to joining Technopolis he held internationalization-related and executive
positions with AAC Global Oy, Oy Hackman AB and his own company, Oy ICS Ltd.
