TECHNOPOLIS PLC STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE June 25, 2008, at 8.30 a.m. KEITH SILVERANG APPOINTED NEW CEO OF TECHNOPOLIS Technopolis has appointed its current Vice-President of Capital Area operations, MBA Keith Silverang, as its new CEO. The 47 year-old Silverang is a citizen of both the United States and Finland. He took his University degree in Boston and did his MBA at the Helsinki School of Economics. Keith Silverang joined Technopolis in 2004. Earlier in his career he held internationalization-related and executive positions with AAC Global Oy, Oy Hackman AB and his own company, Oy ICS Ltd. Keith Silverang will take over as CEO from September 15, 2008. Technopolis' current CEO, Mr. Pertti Huuskonen has led the company since 1985. He will take over as full-time Chairman of the company's board at the same time as the new CEO takes over, in accordance with the decision taken at the Annual General Meeting.
