Berlin, June 30, 2008 – Today, ESTAVIS AG (ISIN: DE000A0KFKB3) sold two
large real estate portfolios for a total price of Euro 61 million to an
institutional asset management firm (Switzerland) and a newly founded
private fund (UK).

The sales will be included in the turnover and net income of the upcoming
2008/2009 financial year (beginning July 1, 2008). For this reason, the
board of ESTAVIS AG expects that turnover and net income of the 2007/2008
financial year (ending June 30, 2008) will undercut last year’s figures.

The portfolios sold today grossed a sales price of Euro 44 million and Euro
17 million, respectively. The larger of the two portfolios comprises a
total of 423 units (thereof 111 commercial units) with a total floor space
of 54,158 square metres. The sales price per square metre amounted to EUR
818. The portfolio is focused on the regions Berlin, Halle, Stralsund and
Wilhelmshaven. The transaction is subject to the condition that the buyers’
financing will be approved.

The second portfolio includes a total of 326 units (thereof 14 commercial
units) with a total floor space of 21,228 square metres focusing on the
regions Berlin, Chemnitz und Hannover.
