Since the share buy back programme was initiated on 4 April 2008, the total
number of repurchased shares is 1,160,500 for a total amount of DKK 452m.
With the transactions stated above, TrygVesta owns a total of 1,860,992 own
shares, corresponding to 2.7% of the share capital. The total amount of shares
in TrygVesta is 68m including own shares.
