Deutsche REIT AG, Cologne, with the approval of its supervisory board
resolved today to increase its share capital in cash by up to EUR 791,950
by taking advantage of its Authorised Capital II. According to the statutes
the increase in the share capital excludes the subscription rights of
existing shareholders hence the issuing price will be above the share’s
stock market price of the last few days. The new shares shall be offered
for subscription to selected institutional and private investors by Private
Placement.
The gross cash receipts of approx. EUR 4,0 mill. resulting from the capital
increase will be used in line with the company’s strategy to purchase
additional attractive residential and commercial property.
